The Howard Keith Bambino Chair

This elegant mid-century classic was developed by the British designer Howard Keith in the late 1940’s. The Bambino is probably his most recognisable chair, displaying contemporary styling whilst still showcasing the strong influence of traditional British furniture. The arms and legs are of solid beech.

As much as possible of the original springs and foam stuffing will be retained in refurbishing this chair. A fire-retardant fabric, strongly influenced by the designs of Orla Kiely, has been chosen for the top fabric. The fabric was developed by the British furniture manufacturer White Meadow
